Je beheerst het vennootschapsrecht en hebt ervaring met zowel adviseren als procederen. Je wilt graag inhoudelijk en uitdagend werk doen. Het liefst omringd door inspirerende mensen. In een omgeving waar je wordt gestimuleerd om het beste uit jezelf te halen. Je kunt zelfstandig dossiers behandelen en hebt rechtstreeks contact met cliënten. Je bent oplossingsgericht, maar uitgangspunt is wel dat er resultaat moet worden behaald. Je schrijft helder en kernachtig. Je houdt van afwisseling en wilt je verder ontwikkelen. Wat kun jij verwachten? Ons kantoor heeft een brede ondernemingsrechtpraktijk. Ons ondernemingsrechtteam bestaat uit een team van advocaten dat ondernemingen, bestuurders en aandeelhouders adviseren en bijstaat in allerlei vennootschapsrechtelijke kwesties. Denk aan aandeelhoudersgeschillen, bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid, enquêteprocedures bij de Ondernemingskamer, overnames en joint ventures, en vraagstukken over governance en besluitvorming. De advocaten worden ondersteund door ons secretariaat. Je gaat zelfstandig dossiers behandelen, zowel advieszaken als procedures, onder meer bij de Ondernemingskamer. Je bent een vast aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en je begeleidt advocaat-stagiaires. Er is ruimte om je verder te specialiseren en bij te dragen aan de groei van de praktijk. Wie zijn wij?
