En hoe kan je als advocaat ondernemingen begeleiden bij de toetreding tot de Nederlandse financiële markt? Als advocaat-stagiair FinTech krijg je daar niet alleen antwoord op, je werkt er vanaf dag één zelf aan mee. Voor ons cluster FinTech in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een ambitieuze advocaat-stagiair. Als advocaat-stagiair maak je deel uit van het bredere Corporate/M&A - Capital Markets team. Samen met je collega's begeleid je aansprekende cliënten bij fusies, overnames en andere strategische financieel rechtelijke vraagstukken. Dit ga je doen - Je doet juridisch onderzoek naar complexe en vaak nieuwe vraagstukken in het financieel toezichtrecht, waaronder crypto-assets, stablecoins en FinTech; - Je geeft vergunningaanvragen vorm bij de AFM en DNB; - Je structureert beleggingsfondsen en de toezichtrechtelijke vereisten die daarbij komen kijken; - Je adviseert en begeleidt fusies, overnames en activatransacties van gereguleerde ondernemingen; - Je adviseert over regelgeving inzake marktmisbruik en meldingsvereisten bij transacties en beursnoteringen; - Je vertaalt complexe regelgeving naar oplossingen die in de praktijk werken; en - Je volgt de laatste ontwikkelingen rond financieel toezicht, fondsen en beursnoteringen en die kennis delen binnen het team. Dit breng je mee - Je hebt een afgeronde studie Nederlands recht en aantoonbare affiniteit met financieel toezichtrecht; - Je communiceert helder en effectief; - Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en een proactieve en toegewijde werkhouding; - Je bent een teamspeler met een internationale mindset; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, in woord en ges...
