Als advocaat-stagiair Transactional Banking krijg je daar niet alleen antwoord op, je werkt er vanaf dag één zelf aan mee. Voor onze praktijkgroep Banking & Finance in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een ambitieuze advocaat-stagiair. Als advocaat-stagiair werk je binnen een brede (internationale) financieringspraktijk die zich onder andere richt op vastgoedfinanciering, ondernemingsfinanciering en financiële herstructureringen. Al snel krijg je de kans om zelfstandig een onderdeel van internationale transacties voor je rekening te nemen. Dit ga je doen - Je speelt een actieve rol bij het managen van transacties; - Je stelt lenings- en zekerhedenovereenkomsten op en beoordeelt deze; - Je adviseert cliënten over vennootschapsrechtelijke vraagstukken; - Je stelt legal opinions op en beoordeelt deze. Dit breng je mee - Je hebt een afgeronde studie Nederlands recht en aantoonbare affiniteit met de transactiepraktijk; - Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en ontwikkelt je graag verder; - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op; - Je houdt overzicht, ook wanneer er meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen; - Je communiceert helder en werkt graag samen in teamverband; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, in woord en geschrift.
