De sectie bestaat uit zes advocaten die nauw en met plezier voor het vak samenwerken. De sectie heeft ruime ervaring ten aanzien van alle facetten van het Europees recht en is met name gespecialiseerd in: ( Europees) mededingingsrecht , aanbestedingsrecht en competition litigation . De advocaten en juridisch assistants van de sectie vormen een hecht team. Er is hoogwaardige expertise aanwezig en de sectie opereert in de top van de markt. Ook heerst er een laagdrempelige sfeer en open cultuur. Als advocaat-stagiaire ligt het zwaartepunt van je werkzaamheden op procederen en adviseren op het gebied van het mededinging- en aanbestedingsrecht. Deze combinatie biedt veel afwisseling en de kans om je te ontwikkelen binnen interessante procedures en ingewikkelde adviesdossiers. Binnen de mededingingsrechtelijke dossiers adviseer je ondernemingen om ervoor te zorgen dat hun bedrijfsvoering in overeenstemming is met de mededingingsrechtelijke regels. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan advisering over samenwerkingsovereenkomsten, distributiecontracten en fusies en overnames. Daarnaast assisteer je ondernemingen bij onderzoeken van de Autoriteit Consument & Markt of de Europese Commissie en bij procedures die daaruit voortvloeien. Binnen aanbestedingsrechtelijke dossiers sta je ondernemingen bij in (kort geding) procedures naar aanleiding van aanbestedingen. Daarnaast assisteer je marktpartijen voorafgaand aan een aanbesteding bij het opstellen van de bieding. Dit alles doe je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband, waarbij samenwerking plaatsvindt binnen de sectie en ook met andere secties binnen het kantoor.
