Jij kiest zelf wanneer je werkt en hoeveel diensten je wilt draaien. Werkzaamheden Je draait mee als volwaardig zorgprofessional en voert de werkzaamheden uit die passen bij jouw functie als Helpende, Helpende Plus of Verzorgende IG. Je ondersteunt bewoners en cliënten bijvoorbeeld bij de dagelijkse verzorging en ADL en levert samen met je collega's goede en persoonlijke zorg. Je ervaring komt daarbij goed van pas. Je hebt tenslotte jarenlang kennis opgebouwd waar bewoners én collega's nog steeds veel aan kunnen hebben. Werken in de zorg kan fysiek belastend zijn. Daarom vinden we het belangrijk dat je ook na je pensioen de werkzaamheden die bij je functie horen goed en veilig kunt uitvoeren. Je bent fysiek in staat om alle werkzaamheden en ADL-handelingen die bij jouw functie horen uit te voeren. Hoe vaak je dat wilt doen, bepaal je vervolgens helemaal zelf.
