Sparked By Us is een startende onderneming gespecialiseerd in AFAS Profit, applicatiebeheer, procesoptimalisatie en API-integraties.

Om verder te kunnen groeien, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren AFAS Applicatiebeheerder die mee vorm wil geven aan onze onderneming. Je werkt rechtstreeks bij onze eindklanten (omgeving Kempen) en wordt daar een volwaardige AFAS-partner.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het:

  • Zelfstandig beheren van AFAS-omgevingen.
  • Beantwoorden en oplossen van vragen en problemen van eindgebruikers.
  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Uitvoeren van configuraties en wijzigingen binnen AFAS.
  • Begeleiden van klanten bij nieuwe functionaliteiten en verbeteringen.
  • Testen en implementeren van wijzigingen.
  • Opvolgen van incidenten en verbeterpunten.
  • Onderhouden en optimaliseren van bestaande AFAS-inrichtingen.
  • Meedenken met klanten over hoe zij AFAS beter kunnen inzetten.
  • Zelfstandig opnemen van opdrachten en verantwoordelijkheden bij klanten.
  • API-koppelingen met andere systemen bouwen en onderhouden.

Je bent dus niet iemand die enkel opdrachten uitvoert. Je bent bij de klant het aanspreekpunt voor AFAS en kunt zelfstandig bepalen hoe een probleem of vraag het beste wordt aangepakt.

We zoeken iemand die AFAS kent en vanaf dag één inzetbaar is. Daarom verwachten we:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring met AFAS als applicatiebeheerder.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken zonder uitgebreide begeleiding.
  • Je bent gewend om rechtstreeks met eindgebruikers en klanten te communiceren.
  • Je begrijpt niet alleen hoe AFAS werkt, maar ook de bedrijfsprocessen erachter.
  • Je bent analytisch en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig problemen onderzoeken en oplossen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen opdrachten.
  • Technische kennis is een plus.
  • Uitstekend Nederlands is een must.
