Zoek je een functie waarin je veel kunt leren én direct impact maakt? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Jouw rol als AFAS Beheerder Je vormt samen met een collega het interne aanspreekpunt voor AFAS. Waar jouw collega verantwoordelijk is voor HRM en Payroll, ligt jouw focus op de financiële en overige functionele modules binnen AFAS. Hoewel jullie ieder vanuit een eigen afdeling werken, trekken jullie dagelijks samen op om het beheer en de ontwikkeling van AFAS verder te brengen. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Finance-team en rapporteert aan de concerncontroller. In deze functie ben je de spin in het web voor het dagelijkse én functionele beheer. Je bent hands-on bezig met het inrichten van het systeem (zoals het aanmaken van grootboekrekeningen of kostenplaatsen) en het afhandelen van gebruikersvragen/tickets. Ook denk je mee over procesverbetering en automatisering binnen AFAS. Daarnaast werk je aan koppelingen met andere applicaties en zorg je ervoor dat processen soepel op elkaar aansluiten. Je hebt veel contact met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en weet technische mogelijkheden begrijpelijk uit te leggen. Een gemiddelde werkweek bestaat uit het beheren en optimaliseren van AFAS, het oppakken van gebruikersvragen, het testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten en het verbeteren van bestaande processen. Ook denk je actief mee over innovaties, zoals nieuwe toepassingen en de inzet van AI binnen AFAS.
