Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor je. Vallei groeit snel. We nemen accountantskantoren over en trekken nieuwe collega's aan. Tegelijkertijd groeit ook de behoefte bij onze klanten om AFAS slimmer en efficiënter in te zetten. En daar ligt jouw rol. Als AFAS Consultant help je klanten om het maximale uit AFAS te halen. Je zorgt dat processen en inrichting goed op elkaar aansluiten, brengt verbeterkansen in kaart en begeleidt klanten in het verder optimaliseren van hun werkwijze. Daarom zoeken wij een AFAS Consultant met een sterke focus op finance (pré: kennis van HR), die AFAS niet alleen goed inricht, maar vooral organisaties helpt om er beter mee te werken. Wat ga je doen? Als AFAS Consultant werk je voor verschillende klanten en help je hen om hun AFAS-omgeving optimaal in te richten en te benutten. Je combineert techniek met procesinzicht en denkt actief mee over hoe het beter kan. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en optimaliseren van AFAS-omgevingen van klanten (met focus op finance, ordermanagement en projecten) - Uitvoeren van projecten gericht op verbetering van processen en inrichting - Uitvoeren van scans op AFAS-omgevingen: wat gaat goed, wat kan beter en waar liggen nog kansen? - Vertalen van financiële en HR-processen naar slimme workflows en automatiseringen - Inrichten van rapportages en dashboards - Signaleren en toepassen van nieuwe functionaliteiten binnen AFAS - Implementeren van wijzigingen als gevolg van wet- en regelgeving - Ondersteunen van klanten en collega's als vraagbaak Naast geplande werkzaamheden krijg je ook te maken met ad-hoc vragen.
