Daarom zoeken wij een AFAS Functioneel Beheerder. Je bent een betrouwbare schakel binnen onze organisatie, waarbij samenwerking, betrokkenheid en ruimte voor eigen ideeën het fundament vormen van ons DNA: Welcome to the Family. WAT GA JE PRECIES DOEN? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer, de optimalisatie en de doorontwikkeling van onze AFAS-omgeving (Profit en InSite). Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor gebruikersvragen en vormt zo de schakel tussen HR, Finance en IT. Jij bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het beheren, configureren en optimaliseren van AFAS binnen de domeinen HR, Payroll en Finance; - Het vertalen van knelpunten naar structurele verbeteringen en efficiënte workflows; - Het realiseren van projecten zoals de verlofmodule, het verzuimportaal en het IND-proces; - Het adviseren van gebruikers en het vergroten van kennis en gebruiksgemak; - Het testen en begeleiden van nieuwe functionaliteiten en implementaties; - Het bewaken van een uniforme werkwijze binnen onze landoverschrijdende AFAS-omgevingen. 2 Functie-eisen WAAROM PAST DEZE BAAN BIJ JOU?
