The posting

In deze rol assisteer je de Afdelingsmanager en de Voormannen van de afdeling Exterieur op het gebied van de logistiek- en administratieve werkzaamheden. Je verzamelt alle benodigde productie-informatie (tekeningen, specificaties) en je houdt de urenregistratie bij. Het zwaartepunt van deze vacature ligt op de administratieve ondersteuning.

Voorkomende werkzaamheden Afdelingsassistent zijn o.a.:

- Ondersteunen bij het maken van de capaciteitsinschattingen door de Afdelingsmanager en Voormannen; - Verzorgen van het tekeningbeheer op de afdeling; - Bijhouden van de urenregistratie per bouwnummer; - Verzorgen van de administratieve ondersteuning voor de afdeling.

Afdeling Exterieur

De afdeling Exterieur bestaat uit een groep van echte vakmensen, zoals jachtschilders, RVS specialisten en exterieur meubelmakers en inbouwers. De afdeling bestaat in totaal uit ongeveer 90 eigen collega’s. Daarnaast maken we op de verschillende afdelingen gebruik van een flexibele schil.

Als Afdelingsassistent beschik je over minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau en heb je bij voorkeur affiniteit van (luxe) jachtbouw (of scheepsbouw). Daarnaast beschik je over goede computervaardigheden waaronder ervaring met MS Office. Naast je dosis vakkennis ben je administratief aangelegd en herken jij jezelf in onderstaande punten:
