Als afdelingsassistent bij Huize het Oosten in Bilthoven stroop je graag de mouwen op om de kamers van onze bewoners schoon te maken. Hygiëne staat bij jou voorop, maar je verliest het welzijn nooit uit het oog. Jouw rol Als afdelingsassistent start je werkdag om 08.30 uur en ben je in de eerste plaats verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse hygiëne en het grondig schoonmaken van de kamers van de bewoners. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de gezamenlijke ruimtes op de afdeling er altijd netjes, fris en opgeruimd bij staan. Wanneer het schoonmaakwerk volgens planning is afgerond en er nog tijd over is, sluit je aan in de huiskamer om het welzijnsteam en de huiskamermedewerkers gezellig te ondersteunen. Deze functie beslaat 16 uur per week, waarbij je vaste werktijden van 08.30 tot 12.30 uur vallen, zodat je de rest van de middag heerlijk vrij bent. Wie ben jij? - Je bent 16 uur per week beschikbaar; - Je hebt oog voor detail, werkt hygiënisch en weet van aanpakken; - Je bent sociaal en vindt het leuk om tussen de mensen te werken; - Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar springt ook graag bij waar hulp nodig is op de afdeling.
