The posting

Met De Patio ondersteunen we kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen in een verontrustende thuissituatie naar veilig en kansrijk samenleven. Onze afdelingen in Brugge, Knokke-Heist, Torhout en Varsenare bieden vanuit een brede expertise zowel mobiele, ambulante als residentiële

ondersteuning. Een deel van onze werking omvat ook handelingsgerichte diagnostiek en een aanbod t.a.v. jongeren die verdacht worden van een

jeugddelict en hun slachtoffers. Onze hulp is zowel voor wie zelf een hulpvraag heeft, als wanneer dit verwacht wordt van een gemandateerde

voorziening of jeugdrechtbank.

In Cruushove, onze afdeling in Sint-Kruis en in de V. Fochstraat te Brugge, werkt een enthousiast team van acht integrale begeleiders en twee

huismama’s die dagdagelijks vol passie aan de slag gaan met jongeren zodat ze verder kunnen groeien in het nemen van verantwoordelijkheid. We

begeleiden jongeren vanuit een oplossingsgerichte visie, zowel in verblijf, kamertraining, contextbegeleiding, KWE als CBAW en werken daarvoor nauw

samen met de welzijnspartners uit de regio. We zoeken iemand die het dagelijks (pedagogisch) reilen en zeilen, én de 21 trajecten van de jongeren

tussen 12 en 25 mee coördineert.
