We zoeken een afdelingshoofd voor het cluster heffing. Als cluster zijn we georganiseerd als een matrixorganisatie. Binnen de directie Centrale Administratieve Processen (CAP) van de Belastingdienst is het cluster heffing verantwoordelijk voor de beheerste uitvoering van massale en geautomatiseerde processen. We kennen grote meerjarige (digitale) transformaties. Met CAP zijn we gefocust op het realiseren van de operational excellence strategie (OPEX). Hierbij hoort een cultuur van continu verbeteren, optimale processturing, beheerste bedrijfsvoering en in control zijn. In de komende jaren willen wij hierin een grote groei in volwassenheid doormaken. Kerntaken Je hebt als afdelingshoofd 5 belangrijke taken. Ten eerste geef je leiding aan een afdeling binnen het cluster Heffing (ca. 200 fte). Ten tweede ben je verantwoordelijk voor een centrale rol en stuurlijn binnen het cluster. Denk hierbij aan HR en productie, vertegenwoordiging in de dienstverleningsketens of het businessownerschap (Safe/agile). We realiseren binnen de Belastingdienst grote vernieuwingsopgaven binnen de ketens: we vervangen technologie onder onze kernsystemen en maken de transitie van specifieke alles-in-1 applicaties naar generieke services door. Ten derde werk je samen met het managementteam waar je onderdeel van bent aan de meerjarenstrategie 1 cluster heffing. Deze strategie richt zich op een optimale samenwerking, sturing en benodigd systeemlandschap dat leidt tot een transparante dienstverlening aan de klant.
