Als Afdelingshoofd Ambulante Zorg Cardiologie verbind je mensen, ambities en ontwikkelingen binnen het St. Antonius Hartcentrum. Waarom kiezen voor deze baan? - Je geeft leiding aan een grote ambulante afdeling binnen een gespecialiseerd Hartcentrum. - Je combineert leiderschap, zorglogistiek en organisatieontwikkeling. - Je werkt samen met ervaren zorgprofessionals en drie teamhoofden. - Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam Hart en Long en werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingshoofden. - Je krijgt een actieve rol in zorgtransformatie en de verdere ontwikkeling van de cardiologische zorg. Wat ga je doen? Als Afdelingshoofd Ambulante Zorg Cardiologie ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor de polikliniek Cardiologie en de Hartfunctie op onze locaties in Nieuwegein, Utrecht en Woerden. Je geeft direct leiding aan drie teamhoofden, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de zorgprofessionals. Indirect geef je leiding aan ruim 70 medewerkers. Je rapporteert aan de bedrijfskundig manager Hart en Long en maakt deel uit van het managementteam Hart en Long, samen met zeven andere afdelingshoofden. Je geeft richting aan de koers en positionering van de polikliniek Cardiologie en Hartfunctie en vertaalt de strategie van het St. Antonius naar concrete doelen voor de afdeling. Daarbij stuur je onder andere op kwaliteit, patiëntveiligheid, capaciteit en een gezonde bedrijfsvoering. Je zorgt voor heldere plannen en bewaakt samen met de teamhoofden de voortgang en resultaten.
