Vanwege het vertrek van één van de afdelingshoofden binnen het Hartcentrum is een plek vrijgekomen voor een leidinggevende. Kom jij ons team aanvullen? Afdelingshoofd CCU (Hartcentrum) voor 32 tot 36 uur per week Wat ga je doen? Als afdelingshoofd ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor de Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) op locatie Dordwijk. Je geeft leiding aan een deskundig en betrokken team van gespecialiseerde verpleegkundigen en werkt nauw samen met cardiologen, collega-afdelingshoofden en andere disciplines binnen het ziekenhuis. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de afdeling, weet wat er speelt en creëert een open, veilig en stimulerend werk- en leerklimaat. Je ondersteunt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt ervoor dat zij optimaal kunnen bijdragen aan kwalitatief hoogwaardige patiëntenzorg. Samen met je collega afdelingshoofden binnen de cardiologie lever je een actieve bijdrage aan het meerjarenbeleid van de cardiologie en vertaal je de doelstellingen naar concrete resultaten voor de afdeling. Je neemt deel aan organisatiebrede projecten en verandertrajecten en initieert en realiseert verbeteringen op het gebied van kwaliteit, logistiek en bedrijfsvoering. Wat breng je mee? Je hebt aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring en een aanvullende managementopleiding. Bij voorkeur heb je affiniteit met cardiologie, acute zorg of een vergelijkbare complexe zorgomgeving.
