The posting

Je geeft leiding aan 11 medewerkers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de salarisadministratie, schuldhulpverlening en personeelsadministratie. De medewerkers zijn verdeeld over drie teams, die nauw met elkaar samenwerken en de uitvoerende taken op zich nemen. Drechtwerk is verantwoordelijk voor de verloning van circa 1100 mensen. Met grote regelmaat wordt van jou verwacht dat je analyses maakt van een grote variëteit aan gegevens, met betrekking tot uiteenlopende vraagstukken. Dit vraagt creativiteit bij de inzet van onze systemen, maar ook analytisch vermogen om tot een juiste analyse en goed advies te komen. Jij weet als geen andere ontwikkelingen binnen de organisatie door te vertalen naar (salaris) kosten op korte en lange termijn. In het uitvoeren van je werkzaamheden balanceer je continu op het snijvlak van HR, P&C en F&C. - Relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende functie van 3 jaar; - Kennis van Power BI en AFAS is een pré; - Aantoonbare ervaring met personeels- en salarisadministratie en kennis van fiscale- en sociale wetgeving. Als leidinggevende in ons werk- en ontwikkelbedrijf acteer je in een omgeving waar mensen werkzaam zijn die net wat meer aandacht nodig hebben. Dit vraagt van jou aanpassing in de wijze waarop je medewerkers benadert en te woord staat. Dit vraagt om nauwe samenwerking, waarbij er ook ruimte is voor vernieuwing. Tegelijkertijd wordt van je verwacht dat je zaken praktisch weet in te steken vanuit een hands-on mentaliteit. Je krijgt een contract aangeboden voor een periode van een jaar. Wij bieden een salaris afhankelijk van opleiding, kennis en ervaring van maximaal € 6422,- bruto per maand (schaal 11 cao SGO) op basis van een 36-urige werkweek. Daarnaast krijg je bij ons uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden op het gebied van pensioen, verlofregelingen, reiskosten en studiefaciliteiten. Ook beschik je over een Individueel Keuze Budget van 17,05% van je bruto jaarsalaris. Maar ook de aanschaf van een fiet...
