The posting

Als afdelingshoofd inkoop en contractmanagement geef je leiding aan een afdeling van ongeveer 33 FTE binnen de divisie Finance & Risicomanagement. Je bepaalt de koers voor inkoop, contractmanagement, leveranciersmanagement en categoriemanagement, en rapporteert aan de divisiedirecteur.

Je zorgt dat inkoop niet alleen goed geregeld is, maar ook bijdraagt aan de maatschappelijke taken en ambities van De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). Je kijkt naar kosten, kwaliteit, continuïteit, risico's en maatschappelijke waarde. Ook vertaal je ontwikkelingen in de markt, prijsrisico's en kansen voor innovatie naar duidelijke adviezen voor directie en senior management.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je ontwikkelt en voert de strategische koers uit voor inkoop, contract-, leveranciers- en categoriemanagement. • Je adviseert directie en senior management over marktontwikkelingen, leveranciersstrategieën, prijsrisico's en innovatiekansen. • Je maakt organisatiebrede keuzes over kosten, kwaliteit, continuïteit, risico en maatschappelijke waarde. • Je geeft integraal leiding aan ongeveer 33 FTE en stimuleert de ontwikkeling van medewerkers, managers en teams. • Je leidt de veranderopgave van Future State Finance & ICM. • Je ontwikkelt Inkoop & Contractmanagement verder tot een strategische en businessgerichte partner binnen DNB. • Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere Juridische Zaken, Finance & Control, Risk & Compliance en de Interne Audit Dienst.

Je werkt 36 uur per week. Omdat zichtbaarheid in deze functie belangrijk is, ben je regelmatig aanwezig op het kantoor van DNB in Amsterdam. Je kunt ook kiezen voor een werkweek van 4 dagen van 9 uur.

Functie-eisen: Als afdelingshoofd inkoop en contractmanagement verbind je strategie met de dagelijkse praktijk. Je weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering en maakt duidelijk waarom bepaalde keuzes nodig zijn. Ook onder druk houd je overzicht en neem je besluiten.
