Als Afdelingshoofd Montage & Afwerking regio Roeselare stuur je de dagelijkse werking van een productieafdeling aan en zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers, machines en planning optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn. De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als Afdelingshoofd Montage & Afwerking regio Roeselare?

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de montage- en afwerkingsafdeling en zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van medewerkers en machines.
  • Bijsturen van de productieplanning volgens de beschikbare operatoren, machines en actuele productiebehoeften.
  • Je coacht, ondersteunt en evalueert medewerkers en stemt verlofaanvragen af met HR en de productieplanning.
  • Opvolgen van productiecijfers, afboekingen en KPI's en deze vertalen naar concrete acties binnen de afdeling.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de onderhoudsdienst en machinefabrikanten voor onderhoud en herstellingen, gecombineerd met een actieve bijdrage aan continue verbetering.

  • Je beschikt over een master Industriële Wetenschappen Elektromechanica, Handelsingenieur of bent gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en bij voorkeur een eerste leidinggevende ervaring vormen een sterke troef.
  • Je bent een geboren coach en motivator en weet medewerkers op een positieve manier mee te nemen in veranderingen.
  • Kennis van productieorganisatie en verbetertechnieken zoals TPS, SMED, 5S en Poka Yoke is een pluspunt.
  • Een analytische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid, gecombineerd met een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels, typeren jou.
