The posting

  • Je coördineert het reilen en zeilen op de afdeling en bent actief betrokken in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je werkt een toekomstgericht afdelingsbeleid uit in samenwerking met de directie, het kernteam en het interdisciplinair team.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor patiënten, teamleden en externen.
  • Vanuit coachend leiderschap creëer je een ontwikkelingsgericht medewerkersbeleid met ruimte voor initiatief en samenwerking.
  • In samenwerking met het kernteam en directie zorg je voor een verdere profilering van de afdeling binnen het zorglandschap.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in de verpleegkunde met bijkomende kaderopleiding (of bent bereid deze te verwerven).
  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring binnen de GGZ en expertise opgebouwd in psychosezorg en verslavingszorg.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van de zorgomkadering en de zorgprocessen voor de doelgroep of bent bereid om deze kennis via opleiding verder te verwerven.
  • Vanuit een situationele, coachende en participatieve stijl van leidinggeven inspireer je medewerkers bij hun professionele ontwikkeling en de verdere uitbouw van kwaliteitsvolle zorg.
  • Je hebt een zintuig voor zorg en past dit toe in je werk met de medewerkers en de doelgroep.
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve, sociale en organisatorische vaardigheden. Ervaring in leidinggeven is een pluspunt.
  • Authenticiteit en professionaliteit gaan bij jou hand in hand. Je durft je eigen handelen kritisch te bekijken en je handelen hierop af te stemmen.
  • Een team waar openheid, dialoog en een goede sfeer van belang zijn? Daar zet jij je voor in!
  • Je werkt vlot met de verschillende MS Officetoepassingen en leert snel nieuwe programma’s aan.
  • Je herkent je in de missie en waarden van ons centrum.
