Je leidt de afdeling met een duidelijke visie en coördineert alle activiteiten om een toekomstbestendig en duurzaam beleid te garanderen. Dankzij jouw aanpak met focus op klantgerichtheid en efficiëntie binnen domeinen zoals openbaar domein en patrimonium, draag je direct bij aan de levenskwaliteit van de inwoners van de gemeente Kraainem. Je neemt als afdelingshoofd een actieve rol op in het managementteam.

Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een integrale, gedragen langetermijnvisie op de inrichting, het beheer en de ontwikkeling van het openbaar domein, patrimonium en mobiliteit.

Het vertalen van het beleid naar concrete meerjarenplannen en investeringsprojecten met focus op duurzaamheid en optimale benutting van de ruimte.

Het coördineren en ondersteunen van projecten rond patrimoniumbeheer, mobiliteit en openbare werken.

Het coachen en motiveren van je medewerkers zodat ze optimaal kunnen bijdragen aan de vooropgestelde resultaten.

Structuur en efficiëntie brengen binnen de teams van jouw afdeling via beleid, processen en projectwerking.

Ondersteunen van beleidsvoering via overtuigende rapportering richting directieteam en politiek.

Versterken van interne samenwerking tussen teams en afdelingen.

Optimaliseren van externe samenwerkingsverbanden.

· Een masterdiploma in een relevante richting zoals ingenieur, architectuur, milieuwetenschappen, planologie, geografie, … of je voldoet aan de bevorderingsvoorwaarden.

· Je beschikt bij voorkeur over relevante aantoonbare beroepservaring.

· Leiderschapskwaliteiten: je kan delegeren, coachen en motiveren en politiek-bestuurlijke gevoeligheid en uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie skills.

· Aangezien Kraainem een faciliteitengemeente is, dien je wanneer je in het bezit bent van een Nederlandstalig diploma, een werkenvoor-attest te behalen, art. 9 § 2 met bewijs van de elementaire kennis van het Frans. Indien je een Franstalig of anderstalig diploma hebt, is een werkenvoor-attest art. 7 niveau 1/A met bewijs van de kennis van het Nederlands verplicht.
