Denk aan woningbouw, gebiedsontwikkeling, duurzaamheid en een aantrekkelijke leefomgeving voor onze inwoners. Tegelijkertijd werken we aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie. Voor de afdeling Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling zoeken wij een Afdelingshoofd Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling. Werk jij straks hier? Werken voor Maatschappelijke en Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling (MRO) is werken voor de afdeling die het dichtst bij het bestuur staat. Hier maak je beleid en bepaal je hoe je gemeentelijke doelstellingen het best realiseert. Maar je doet veel meer dan achter je bureau beleid schrijven. Je gaat ook naar buiten om te zien wat er bij onze inwoners en maatschappelijke partners speelt. Jij helpt de gemeente met resultaatgerichte strategie. Hoe doe jij ertoe: Als Afdelingshoofd Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling combineer je strategisch leiderschap met een heldere visie. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het functioneren van de afdeling en zorgt ervoor dat beleidsontwikkeling en uitvoering optimaal op elkaar aansluiten. Daarnaast geef je richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling binnen de bredere organisatieontwikkeling van de gemeente en versterk je een resultaatgerichte en professionele aansturingscultuur. Je: - geeft leiding aan de teamleiders en bent verantwoordelijk voor de resultaten van de afdeling - versterkt het ambtelijk leiderschap, eigenaarschap en de samenwerking binnen de afdeling - zorgt voor een goede positionering van de afdeling binnen de organisatie - ontwikkelt en implementeert verbeteringen in sturing, processen en samenwerking - bent strategisch adviseur van directie en bestuur - zorgt voor samenhang tussen beleid, uitvoering en regionale samenwerking - bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, capaciteit en prioriteiten - stimuleert integraal werken binnen en ...
