Afdelingshoofd Vastgoedmanagement favorite_border Functie Als afdelingshoofd vastgoed leid je een divers team van circa 50 professionals. Je zet je in voor de implementatie van het uitvoeringsplan met als doel duurzaam en toegankelijk vastgoed. Je leidt de afdeling samen met coördinatoren en teams, delegeert taken, stimuleert ontwikkeling en fungeert als sparringpartner bij uitdagingen zoals tijdelijke onderbezetting en projecten. Gezien de omvang van de afdeling is een aanpassing van de structuur noodzakelijk; verdere uitwerking dient nog plaats te vinden. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Je zet het huidige beleid om in een jaarplan met de bijbehorende begroting en stelt een helder takenpakket op voor de coördinatoren. - Je houdt contact met het bestuur. - Je houdt ontwikkelingen in je vakgebied in de gaten en stimuleert innovatie, verbinding en samenwerking binnen het team en met andere afdelingen. - Je werkt actief aan het voortdurend verbeteren en vernieuwen van vastgoedbeheer. - Je ontwikkelt vastgoedmanagement verder vanuit portefeuillesturing. Eisen - Opleiding: Aantoonbaar HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring: Aantoonbaar minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Kennis: Aantoonbaar kennis van vastgoedprocessen. Wensen - Aantoonbaar minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de publieke sector. - Recentelijke aantoonbare kennis van Youforce. - Recentelijk aantoonbare kennis van Netive en Unit4 Financials.
