Wat ga je doen? Je geeft integraal leiding aan het team Wonen. Je werkt samen met de andere afdelingshoofden binnen het fysieke domein aan ruimtelijke strategie, integrale samenwerking en een slimme inzet van mensen en middelen. Je stemt regelmatig af met afdelingshoofden uit andere clusters om samenwerking tussen afdelingen te organiseren. Je coacht medewerkers, bent opdrachtgever voor (delen van) opdrachten en zorgt voor sturing op zowel resultaten als houding en gedrag. Voor deze rol is kennis van het beleidsveld wonen noodzakelijk; je hoeft niet álles inhoudelijk te weten maar moet op inhoud kunnen organiseren. Je hebt een goede politiek-bestuurlijke antenne en houdt rekening met de invloed van bestuurlijke besluiten op medewerkers en organisatie. Wie zoeken wij? - Je kunt inhoudelijk sturing geven op opgaven binnen het woonbeleid en deze organiseren. - Je coacht medewerkers en fungeert als opdrachtgever voor bepaalde opdrachten. - Je hebt zicht op de politieke belangen en begrijpt hoe bestuurlijke keuzes doorwerken in de organisatie. - Je kunt schakelen in complexe gemeentelijke vraagstukken en bent je bewust van de gevolgen van keuzes. - Je stuurt op resultaten én op houding en gedrag, hebt zelfreflectie en inzicht in hoe een afdeling functioneert. - Je hebt aangetoond dat je van een groep mensen een samenhangend en effectief team kunt maken. - Opleiding: Academisch / WO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring: Inhoudelijke ervaring met het fysiek/ruimtelijk domein in het algemeen en wonen als beleidsveld in het bijzonder. - Sector: Ervaring in de publieke sector is een pre. - Leidinggeven: Aantoonbaar relevante, meerjarige managementervaring. - Leiderschap: Inclusief leiderschap; je draagt zorg voor een veilige omgeving waarin iedereen ideeën kan inbrengen en er naar elk teamlid wordt geluisterd. - De kandidaat beschikt over aantoonbaar WO werk- en denkniveau. dat de kandidaat niet over het gevraagde werk- en denkniveau beschikt, za...
