Dit ga je doen Bij Movares - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de vertaling van de marktunit strategie naar een heldere afdelingskoers met concrete doelen, strakke prioriteiten en directe sturing op resultaat, ook wanneer de context verandert. - Leidinggeven aan leidinggevenden is het hart van deze rol: je stuurt teamleiders op koers, prestaties en ontwikkeling, en bouwt zo aan een afdeling die toonaangevend is in archeologie, bodem en milieu ook als dat vraagt om teams of werkwijzen aan te passen. - Jij zet de standaard voor hoe er binnen de afdeling gewerkt wordt, met eigenaarschap, vakmanschap en een scherp oog voor de markt. Je signaleert kansen in de markt, onderhoudt klantrelaties en draagt actief bij aan de commerciële groei van de marktunit. Je geeft leiding aan meerdere teams Archeologie, Bodem & Milieu en Ecologie, die vanuit Leek, Raalte en Utrecht werken aan leefomgevingsvraagstukken voor ruimtelijke opgaven in heel Nederland, met een zwaartepunt in Noord- en Oost-Nederland. De teams hebben een eigen cultuur en zijn gewend aan een grote mate van zelfstandigheid. Jij brengt structuur, helderheid en richting zonder de eigenheid van de mensen te breken. Je bewaakt de planning, stuurt op operationele excellence en weet dat commercie in deze markt niet vanzelf gaat. De afdeling groeit door in omvang en complexiteit, en daar stuur je nu al op door je organisatie alvast in te richten op een grotere schaal en een bredere span of control. Jij bepaalt de koer...
