Vereisten Wat ga je doen als Afdelingsmanager Inkoop & Contractmanagement? - Als Afdelingsmanager Inkoop & Contractmanagement geef je hiërarchisch leiding aan een team van 4 -7 medewerkers. Je wordt aangestuurd door de Directeur Facilitair & Huisvesting en bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de afdeling, zowel op inhoud als op bedrijfsvoering. - Je faciliteert en ondersteunt medewerkers bij hun professionele ontwikkeling en stimuleert eigenaarschap, samenwerking en continue verbetering. Je zorgt voor duidelijke kaders, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en creëert de randvoorwaarden die nodig zijn om gezamenlijk resultaten te behalen. - Samen met de Directeur Facilitair & Huisvesting ontwikkel, implementeer en actualiseer je het beleid op het gebied van inkoop en contractmanagement. Je vertaalt relevante ontwikkelingen in de markt, wet- en regelgeving en de zorgsector naar concrete verbeteringen binnen de afdeling. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bedrijfsvoering van de afdeling. Je stelt jaarplannen en begrotingen op, bewaakt budgetten, monitort prestaties en stuurt waar nodig bij. Daarbij zorg je voor een professionele inrichting van inkoop- en contractmanagementprocessen en stimuleer je verdere digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie. - Daarnaast adviseer je management en directie bij complexe inkoop- en contractmanagementvraagstukken en vertegenwoordig je GGZ inGeest in contacten met leveranciers, samenwerkingspartners en andere externe stakeholders.
