Met ongeveer 35 collega's en een omzet van circa 10 miljoen euro staat er een stevige basis. Onze ambitie? Tot en met 2030 ieder jaar minimaal 10% groeien, met behoud van kwaliteit, rendement en werkplezier. Daarvoor zoeken we een Afdelingsmanager Projecten die overzicht brengt, mensen laat groeien en samen met ons de projectorganisatie naar een volgende fase brengt. Wat ga je doen? Als Afdelingsmanager Projecten ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de afdeling Projecten in Zwolle. Een team van ongeveer 35 collega's, bestaande uit werkvoorbereiders, senior projectleiders, projectleiders, montageleiders en monteurs. Technisch staat er een sterk team. Aan jou de uitdaging om de volgende stap te zetten. Je brengt meer structuur in de manier waarop we projecten organiseren, maakt verantwoordelijkheden duidelijk en zorgt dat we steeds slimmer en voorspelbaarder werken.
