Afdelingsmanager Service - Begeijk - Voltijdse functie

Ben jij een ervaren afdelingsmanager met een passie voor techniek en het ontwikkelen van teams? Bij een moderne, sterk geautomatiseerde productielocatie in Begeijk zoeken we jou! In deze rol geef je leiding aan een belangrijk deel van de productie en zorg je ervoor dat jouw teams optimaal functioneren.

  • Heb je minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving?
  • Ben je sterk in het ontwikkelen van mensen en het creëren van eigenaarschap binnen teams?
  • Heb je ervaring met procesverbetering en continu verbeteren?

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het creëren van een veilige werkomgeving en toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsregels.
  • De dagelijkse operatie van de afdeling, inclusief planning, werkverdeling en het behalen van productiedoelstellingen.
  • Leidinggeven aan teamleiders door instructies te geven, te begeleiden en te informeren.
  • Personeelszaken zoals functioneringsgesprekken, verzuimbegeleiding, werving en selectie, opleidingsplannen en de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Medewerkers motiveren door het bedrijfs- en afdelingsbeleid actief uit te dragen.
  • Contact onderhouden met externe partijen en klanten indien nodig.
  • Actief samenwerken met andere afdelingen om productiestromen te optimaliseren.
  • Afdelingsprestaties bewaken en rapporteren aan het management.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, verwachten we dat je aan de volgende eisen voldoet:

  • Een hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van techniek of een vergelijkbare opleiding;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving;
  • Een Lean-achtergrond is een pré;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met high mix/low volume-productieomgevingen;
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en gewend te werken met KPI's en data;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Praktisch en doelgericht ingesteld: 'Kan niet' is voor jou geen antwoord.
