Als Afdelingsmanager Vis bij HANOS Breda stuur jij de visafdeling aan met vakkennis en energie. Wat kan je verwachten? Wat ga je doen? Als Afdelingsmanager Vis ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van onze visafdeling. Je werkt met een breed en vers assortiment: van zalm, zeebaars en tonijn tot oesters, mosselen en andere schaal- en schelpdieren. Jij zorgt voor een sterke afdeling, een aantrekkelijk productaanbod en een team dat klanten met plezier en kennis helpt. Met jouw commerciële blik zie je kansen op de vloer en weet je chefs en horecaondernemers goed te adviseren. Dit ga je doen: - Stuur het team op de visafdeling aan en zorg voor een fijne samenwerking - Adviseer onze klanten over verse vis, schaal- en schelpdieren - Bewaak de kwaliteit, versheid en houdbaarheid van het assortiment - Zorg voor een commerciële en aantrekkelijke presentatie van de visafdeling - Stuur op omzet, marge, personeelsbezetting en andere afdelingsresultaten - Werk samen met inkopers, leveranciers en collega's binnen de vestiging - Voer coachings-, beoordelings- en verzuimgesprekken met collega's - Zorg dat HACCP-richtlijnen goed worden nageleefd op de afdeling - Ondersteun bij proeverijen, demonstraties en productpresentaties voor klanten Ben jij dé Afdelingsmanager Vis die wij zoeken? - Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team - Je hebt kennis van vis of ervaring binnen horeca, visdetailhandel of foodretail - Je bent commercieel sterk en ziet kansen om klanten beter te helpen - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook i...
