Voor een internationaal actief bedrijf binnen de eventsector zijn we op zoek naar een Afdelingsverantwoordelijke voor het Lasatelier. Jouw taken

  • Je begeleidt en coacht een team van lassers
  • Je plant en verdeelt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het atelier
  • Je werkt mee aan het lassen, aanpassen en herstellen van metalen constructies
  • Je vertaalt technische tekeningen naar een correcte uitvoering
  • Je staat in voor de voorbereiding en opvolging van productiewerkzaamheden
  • Je denkt mee over praktische verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkmethodes
  • Je volgt de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk op en zorgt voor de nodige controles en rapportering
  • Je ondersteunt bij EN-1090-audits en bewaakt de geldende kwaliteitsnormen
  • Je helpt bij het bepalen en bestellen van de nodige grondstoffen
  • Je geeft technisch advies aan collega's uit andere afdelingen
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en stagiairs
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere productie, magazijn, aankoop en R&D
  • Je waakt mee over een veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving

Profiel

  • Je hebt een stevige ervaring als lasser en beschikt over een geldig lascertificaat
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je beschikt over een RWC-B-kwalificatie of een gelijkwaardig kennisniveau
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van staal en de EN-1090-norm
  • Technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren vormt voor jou geen probleem
  • Je bent iemand die graag praktisch bezig is en indien nodig zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt verschillende opdrachten tegelijk opvolgen
  • Ook bij drukke periodes en strakke deadlines behoud je het overzicht
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van pc-toepassingen en AutoCAD
  • Een heftruckattest en ervaring met een rolbrug zijn mooi meegenomen
