Als afdelingsverantwoordelijke ben je de eindverantwoordelijke van jouw afdeling. Je bent het centrale aansprekingspunt, stuurt collega’s aan en zorgt in het algemeen voor de optimale werking van jouw afdeling.

Elke afdeling bestaat uit verschillende lijnen en machines. Na een interne opleiding kan je zelfstandig alle machines instellen en bedienen. In onze moderne productiehal komen de bestellingen op een digitale manier binnen. Jij verdeelt deze in het team naargelang prioriteit en optimale planning. Je bent dus verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de lijnverantwoordelijken, operatoren en productiemedewerkers. Je behoudt steeds het overzicht en zorgt dat alle bestellingen tijdig en correct afgewerkt worden.

Als afdelingsverantwoordelijke heb je de opdracht om je team steeds gemotiveerd te houden en te zorgen dat er een goede onderlinge samenwerking is en er een aangename werksfeer heerst. Merk jij problemen of strubbelingen op? Dan ga je hier proactief mee om. Je communiceert steeds op een spontane manier met het volledige team. Ten slotte ben je dagelijks aanwezig en vertegenwoordig jij jouw afdeling tijdens de stand-upmeeting met alle afdelingsverantwoordelijken.

In elke verantwoordelijke functie kan er gevraagd worden om opleiding te geven aan nieuwe medewerkers. In het kader van ons onthaalbeleid neem je bovendien de rol van meter/peter op. Gedurende een bepaalde periode begeleidt de meter of peter de nieuwe medewerkers bij het kennismaken met de collega's, organisatie en alles wat bij het werk komt kijken.

Een voedingsbedrijf en kwaliteit zijn de beste vrienden. Vanzelfsprekend heb jij constant oog voor traceerbaarheid, voedselveiligheid en de geldende hygiënenormen.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Een secundair diploma of gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring als verantwoordelijke in een productieomgeving of kan aantonen dat je klaar bent om door te groeien naar een verantwoordelijke functie.
  • Gezien dit een verantwoordelijke functie is, heb je de nodige capaciteiten om leiding te geven en durf je die verantwoordelijkheid effectief opnemen.
  • Door vlot en vriendelijk te communiceren, draag je bij tot een goede werkomgeving.
  • Flexibiliteit. We werken op vraag dus werkuren variëren soms.
  • Hygiëne en voedselveiligheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je bent geen koele kikker maar een gekoelde werkomgeving vind je oké.
  • Teamgeest, collegialiteit en een gezonde werksfeer zijn belangrijk voor jou.
