Voor een avontuurlijke retailketen, regio Wilrijk, is Konvert op zoek naar een afdelingsverantwoordelijke outdoor.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je stuurt als drijvende kracht een team van maximaal 4 medewerkers aan met een enthousiasme en motivatie die meteen aanstekelijk werken.
  • Je barst van gespecialiseerde kennis en ervaring om onze klanten op hun wenken te bedienen met inspiratie en advies op maat.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een winkel met een aantrekkelijke presentatie van onze producten en een fraaie winkelomgeving.
  • Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor uitstekende verkoopresultaten, tevreden klanten en een prettige sfeer in een unieke winkelomgeving.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring als verkoopmedewerker achter de rug en je bent klaar voor een volgende stap met meer verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bruist van energie en je hebt een sterke interesse in outdoor.
  • Je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten en bent in staat nieuwe medewerkers op te leiden.
  • Je deelt je expertise zonder schroom en klanten kunnen altijd op jouw advies rekenen.
  • Jouw enthousiasme werkt aanstekelijk en je werkt graag in team.
  • Weekendwerk schrikt jou niet af.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
