Als schakel binnen het zorg- en zorgomkaderend team, draagt de afdelingsverantwoordelijke bij tot het creëren van een volwaardig thuismilieu voor de bewoners, waar optimale hulp, verzorging en beleving door dagbesteding gekoppeld kan worden aan een zo comfortabel en persoonlijk mogelijk verblijf. Als afdelingsverantwoordelijke bekleed je een leidinggevende positie binnen het woon- en zorghuis waar je tewerkgesteld bent.

Kennis

• Wetgeving, structuur + doelstellingen van ouderenzorg • Wetgeving: woonzorgdecreet • Riziv-wetgeving rusthuizen en RVT’s • Kennis van het kwaliteitshandboek • Algemeen inzicht in de tendensen van de zorg voor ouderen • Technische vakkennis • Deontologie • Bereid om, indien gevraagd, kaderopleiding nursing te volgen
