Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de automotive sector zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste afleveraar voor de vestiging in Antwerpen.

Ben jij gepassioneerd door wagens en haal je energie uit klantencontact? Werk je graag zelfstandig, maar ook in teamverband? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als afleveraar zorg je ervoor dat elke klant zijn wagen op een professionele en aangename manier in ontvangst kan nemen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je staat in voor de fysieke aflevering van voertuigen aan klanten.
  • Je geeft de klant een duidelijke uitleg over de wagen en de bijhorende functionaliteiten.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling van de levering.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens het afleverproces.
  • Je geeft aan de poetsafdeling door welke wagens klaargemaakt moeten worden.
  • Tijdens rustigere momenten help je mee met het reinigen en presentabel maken van de voertuigen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een optimale klanttevredenheid en een vlotte werking binnen het team.
  • Je bent afgestudeerd, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of technische richting, maar een specifieke opleiding is niet vereist.
  • Een eerste ervaring in de verkoop of automotive sector is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent enthousiast, klantgericht en beschikt over de nodige commerciële feeling.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je zeer goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je stapt gemakkelijk op klanten af en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van auto’s.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken
