Afleverspecialist BMW MINI Functie omschrijving Afleverspecialist BMW MINI Als afleverspecialist ben jij de spil tussen de werkplaats, het verkoopteam en de klant. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom de aflevering samenkomt: van de planning en technische voorbereiding tot het moment dat de auto perfect en op tijd aan de klant wordt meegegeven. 's Morgens bekijk je samen met je collega's welke auto's klaargemaakt moeten worden. Je schakelt hierover voortdurend met verschillende collega's. Met de verkoper stem je de klantwensen en planning af, met het magazijn regel je de benodigde onderdelen en accessoires en met je collega-monteurs zorg je dat het technische werk op tijd klaar is. Je voert de nulbeurt uit, monteert accessoires en configureert de systemen. Ondertussen houd je de afleverplanning scherp in de gaten. Kortom: jij zorgt dat alle puzzelstukjes op hun plek vallen, zodat iedere BMW of MINI in absolute topstaat, op het juiste moment en helemaal volgens de wensen van de klant klaarstaat voor aflevering. Is de afleverplanning rond? Dan help je waar nodig in de werkplaats met onderhoud en reparaties. Zo blijft je werk lekker afwisselend en ben je onderdeel van het hele proces. Functie eisen Van Poelgeest werkt graag samen met doorzetters. In teamverband doen we alles voor de klant, en soms nog net een beetje meer. Verder: - Weet je van aanpakken, ben je kritisch en werk je netjes, je neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk. - Je bent een teamspeler, Je werkt graag samen, je kunt goed communiceren en begrijpt dat goede afstemming en samenwerking nodig is voor een perfecte aflevering. - Is het voor jou geen probleem om af en toe op zaterdag te werken; - Ben je gediplomeerd Autotechnicus (niveau 3 of 4) of in opleiding; - Als je het SCM-alarmcertificaat hebt, is dat mooi.
