Bij Nefkens Den Bosch ben jij het gezicht van onze merken en zorg je dat klanten een unieke merkbeleving ervaren. Je combineert advies over modellen, functies en accessoires met het verzorgen van de ultieme afleveringservaring. Zo maak jij het verschil voor elke klant. Daarnaast help je mee om onze auto's op een professionele manier te presenteren, zowel in de showroom als online. Dit ga je doen Als Afleverspecialist bij Nefkens: - Creëer je een positieve klantbeleving door klanten te informeren, enthousiasmeren en adviseren over onze merken, modellen en accessoires; - Zorg je voor het afleveren van verkochte auto's, inclusief het uitleggen van basisfunctionaliteiten en apps aan klanten; - Heb je gedegen kennis van merken en modellen en draag je deze over aan klanten en collega's; - Help je bij de inrichting van de showroom en buitenpresentatie, en zorg je dat brochures, prijslijsten en andere communicatie-uitingen aanwezig en up-to-date zijn; - Ondersteun je bij de online presentatie van auto's, zodat onze digitale kanalen klanten inspireren; - Houd je klanten, verkoop- en servicecollega's op de hoogte van nieuwe producten, functies en accessoires, inclusief de voordelen daarvan. Elke dag is anders: je werkt met verschillende merken, modellen en communicatiemiddelen en draagt bij aan een consistente en positieve merkbeleving.
