Na een reorganisatie is de communicatielijn binnen de afdeling Maintenance Services (Onderhoud) niet meer gecentraliseerd. Dat willen we veranderen. Op de werkvloer zijn er volop inspirerende verhalen, mooie successen en waardevolle lessen te vinden. Door de dagelijkse werkdruk worden deze verhalen nu te weinig opgehaald en niet meer met elkaar gedeeld. Jouw rol is tweeledig; aan de ene kant ga je de bestaande communicatiesystemen evalueren waarna je vervolgens de aanpassingen implementeert en/of een compleet nieuwe methodiek introduceert. Heeft iets weg van bedrijfsjournalist: je gaat de werkvloer op om deze verhalen op te halen met een positieve insteek. Wat gaat er goed en wat kunnen we van elkaar leren? Je vertaalt deze praktijkvoorbeelden naar heldere, wekelijkse updates. Daarnaast hebben we ook promotiemateriaal wat we mogelijk ook willen gebruiken en er is ruimte nieuw matariaal te ontwikkelen.
