Afstudeeronderzoek CS-Steriel - - HiX ABC Afstudeeronderzoek CS-Steriel Vacature afbeelding: Afstudeeronderzoek CS Steriel Afstudeeronderzoek CS-Steriel HBO / WO 40 uur per week Amsterdam Voorspellende inzichten op de Centrale Sterilisatieafdeling: een behoefteonderzoek naar datagedreven functionaliteiten Achtergrond Binnen ziekenhuizen spelen Centrale Sterilisatieafdelingen (CSA's) een cruciale rol in de beschikbaarheid van steriele instrumenten en netten voor operatieve en medische procedures. De werkdruk binnen een CSA fluctueert sterk als gevolg van variaties in operatieprogramma's, spoedaanvragen, personele bezetting en andere logistieke processen. Hoewel veel CSA's beschikken over uitgebreide operationele data binnen hun instrumentmanagementsysteem, wordt deze informatie vaak voornamelijk gebruikt voor registratie en rapportage achteraf. Hierdoor is er beperkt inzicht in toekomstige piekbelastingen en knelpunten. Met de toenemende beschikbaarheid van historische procesdata ontstaat de mogelijkheid om voorspellende analyses toe te passen. Dit kan CSA's ondersteunen bij het tijdig plannen van capaciteit, personeel en middelen. Om te bepalen welke toepassingen de grootste meerwaarde bieden voor klanten, wordt voorgesteld een afstudeeronderzoek uit te voeren bij meerdere ziekenhuizen in Nederland en België. Doelstelling Het doel van dit afstudeeronderzoek is inzicht te verkrijgen in de behoefte aan voorspellende inzichten binnen CSA's en te onderzoeken hoe beschikbare data kan worden ingezet voor een model om planning, capaciteit en operationele processen beter te ondersteunen. Hierbij wordt eerst onderzocht welke voorspellende functionaliteiten, zoals capaciteitsvoorspellingen, signalering van operationele knelpunten, voorspelling van piekbelasting of materiaalbehoefte, voor CSA-afdelingen de grootste praktische meerwaarde bieden.
