Duurzame oplossingen voor afval, grondstoffen en bode Hoe maken we administratieve en logistieke processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendig? De opdracht Binnen onze locatie Nauerna onderzoeken wij hoe administratieve en logistieke processen binnen de afdeling Exploitatie slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendiger kunnen worden ingericht. Dagelijks worden mensen, machines en transporten ingepland. Op basis van de daadwerkelijk gerealiseerde inzet worden opdrachtbonnen opgesteld voor contractpartners. Vervolgens vinden controles, facturatie, goedkeuring en betaling plaats. Binnen dit proces zijn verschillende afdelingen en externe partijen betrokken. Het huidige proces bestaat uit meerdere schakels, handmatige controles en overdrachtsmomenten. Afvalzorg wil inzicht krijgen in het volledige proces en onderzoeken hoe dit efficiënter, beter beheersbaar en minder afhankelijk van individuele kennis kan worden ingericht. Ook de mogelijkheden van digitalisering, automatisering en AI spelen hierbij een rol. Over Afvalzorg Afvalzorg is een duurzaam milieubedrijf dat zich richt op afvalverwerking, recycling, hergebruik van grondstoffen en bodembeheer. Met meerdere locaties in Nederland werken wij dagelijks aan oplossingen voor afval- en grondstofvraagstukken van bedrijven, overheden en inwoners. Tijdens deze opdracht onderzoek je: - hoe het huidige proces van planning tot betaling verloopt; - waar knelpunten, vertragingen of afhankelijkheden ontstaan; - hoe processen efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht; - welke mogelijkheden digitalisering, automatisering en AI bieden; - welke verbeteringen de grootste toegevoegde waarde hebben voor Afvalzorg.
