Waarom een stage bij ons Bij Viscon Group zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste stagiair die ons gaat helpen om een gestandaardiseerd RMA-proces (Return Merchandise Authorization) te ontwikkelen. Dit proces is essentieel voor het soepel afhandelen van retouren, reparaties, vervangingen of terugbetalingen van defecte of ongewenste producten die onder garantie vallen. Jij krijgt de kans om een proces te ontwerpen dat ervoor zorgt dat onze klanten eenvoudig en duidelijk hun retourzendingen kunnen indienen en opvolgen. Tegelijkertijd help je onze servicemedewerkers met een efficiënte en gestructureerde manier om deze retouren te beoordelen en af te handelen. Het resultaat?
