CO₂-uitstoot, MKI-waarden, circulariteit en levensduur worden niet alleen gemeten, maar steeds vaker leidend in ontwerp, aanbesteding en uitvoering. Tegelijkertijd ontbreekt vaak één centrale plek waar al deze thema's samenkomen en praktisch toepasbaar zijn voor projecten. Daar ga jij als afstudeerder Technische Bedrijfskunde mee aan de slag. Jouw opdracht Je ontwikkelt een concept voor een duurzaamheidsplatform voor de betonbouw, bedoeld als online kennis- en beslisomgeving voor projecten. Dit platform helpt gebruikers om bij de start van een project bewuste keuzes te maken op het gebied van duurzaamheid. Je begint bij de basisvraag: "Wat is duurzaam voor jou in een betonbouwproject? " Daarin vertaal je duurzaamheid naar concrete thema's, zoals: - CO₂-uitstoot op project- en productniveau - MKI-waarde van materialen - Levensduur van constructies - Circulariteit en hergebruik van beton - Duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers in de keten - Faalkosten en materiaalverspilling beperken Wat ga je onderzoeken? Je onderzoekt per thema: - Wat er momenteel in de markt al beschikbaar is (tools, modellen, initiatieven en standaarden) - Hoe bedrijven in de beton- en bouwsector hier nu mee omgaan - Welke data, modellen en KPI's gebruikt worden (zoals MKI, LCA en CO₂-data) - Waar de grootste verschillen zitten tussen theorie en praktijk Jouw eindproduct Je levert geen "los rapport", maar een concreet en toepasbaar concept voor een duurzaamheidsplatform, bestaande uit: - Een logische structuur van het platform (thema's, modules, gebruikersflow) - Een uitwerking van de belangrijkste duurzaamheidsindicatoren per thema - Een advies hoe deze indicatoren toepasbaar zijn in projecten (van tender tot uitvoering) - Een eerste concept van hoe het platform gebruikt kan word...
