Afstudeerstage verbinden van zorginstellingen De zorg in de Achterhoek staat voor een uitdaging die je niet elke dag tegenkomt: een ziekenhuis, zes VVT-organisaties en een netwerk van huisartsenpraktijken willen straks elkaars medewerkers kunnen inzetten via één regionale flexpool. De bestuurlijke wil is er. De ambitie is er. Wat nog ontbreekt is iemand die uitzoekt hoe je dat ook echt voor elkaar krijgt. Dat ben jij. Wat is er aan de hand? Per 10 augustus 2026 starten we met de implementatie van onze regionale flexpool. Een unieke kans voor zorgprofessionals om via zelfroosteren maximale regie over hun agenda te pakken én 'in de keuken te kijken' bij zes verschillende zorgorganisaties. Dat werkt nu binnen de VVT, omdat alle zes organisaties vergelijkbaar zijn opgebouwd en onder dezelfde CAO vallen. De volgende stap is groter: Slingeland Ziekenhuis en HZOIJ, de huisartsenzorg in de regio, willen ook aansluiten. Maar een ziekenhuis en een netwerk van huisartsenpraktijken zijn geen VVT-organisaties. Andere CAO's, andere functiehuis-systematiek, andere rechtspositie. Jij brengt in kaart wat er nodig is om die stap te zetten. Wat ga je doen? Je duikt in de arbeidsrechtelijke, financiële en contractuele voorwaarden voor aansluiting van Slingeland en HZOIJ bij de flexpool. Denk aan: - De relevante CAO's en functiewaarderingssystemen vergelijken en bepalen welke verschillen belemmerend zijn voor aansluiting - Uitzoeken welke functies realistisch uitwisselbaar zijn en wat er per functieprofiel nodig is aan scholing of bekwaamheidstoetsing, aansluitend bij het principe "bekwaam is inzetbaar" - Onderzoeken wat het flexpool-model juridisch betekent voor de nieuwe toetreders: verantwoordelijkheid bij incidenten, BIG-registratie, bevoegdheden in een andere zorgsetting en uren-administratie - Uitwerken welke CAO-voorwaarden gelden op het moment dat een medewerker werkzaamheden uitvoert bij een andere organisatie, en hoe dit contractueel gebo...
