Daarnaast onderzoek je hoe Jumbo met gepersonaliseerde lifecycle campagnes klanten nog relevanter kan benaderen. - Waar doen we het voor? Wij zorgen voor persoonlijke en relevante klantcommunicatie die inspireert, activeert en verrast. Zo versterken we de klantrelatie en dragen we bij aan Jumbo's ambitie om de meest geliefde supermarkt te zijn. - Jouw nieuwe team Je loopt stage binnen het CRM & Loyalty team, onderdeel van Media & Digital. Samen met marketeers, database specialisten en customer journey experts werk je aan klantcommunicatie voor miljoenen klanten. - Met wie werk je samen? Je werkt samen met CRM-marketeers, Database Marketeers, Customer Journey Specialisten en andere collega's binnen Marketing, Data & Analytics. Je stagebegeleider is Joeri Verbossen, Database Marketeer. Wat ga je doen? Wil jij meewerken aan slimme, persoonlijke klantcommunicatie én afstuderen via een uitdagende CRM-opdracht? Dan zoeken we jou! Als stagiair binnen het CRM & Loyalty team van Jumbo werk je mee aan campagnes die miljoenen klanten bereiken. Je helpt bij het opzetten, testen en versturen van e-mails, pushberichten zoals de wekelijkse Jumbo nieuwsbrief. Daarnaast werk je aan een afstudeeropdracht waarin je onderzoekt hoe we klanten nóg relevanter kunnen bereiken met gepersonaliseerde lifecycle campagnes.
