Bij Medicalhunt krijg je de kans om je te verdiepen in kostprijsanalyses, managementinformatie en operationele verbeteringen. Over het werk Bij Medicalhunt geloven we dat goede zorg begint met goede mensen én slimme keuzes. We sturen daarom op verschillende KPI's, waaronder operationele efficiëntie. Voor dit thema willen wij graag meer inzicht krijgen in hoe deze kostprijs is opgebouwd en welke factoren hier de meeste invloed op hebben. Denk hierbij aan directe loonkosten, werkgeverslasten en reserveringen, maar ook aan indirecte kosten zoals recruitment, planning, backoffice en overhead. Tijdens deze afstudeeropdracht onderzoek jij hoe deze kostprijs is opgebouwd, welke factoren hier de grootste invloed op hebben en vertaalt deze bevindingen naar een praktisch en bruikbaar advies voor de organisatie. Aan het einde van de opdracht verwachten wij: - inzicht in de opbouw van de kostprijs per gewerkt uur; - een toepasbaar model, dashboard of rapportage waarmee finance en management hier structureel op kunnen sturen; - overzicht van de belangrijkste kostprijsbepalende factoren; - inzicht in welke operationele processen invloed hebben op de kostprijs...
