De stage Wil jij met jouw afstudeeronderzoek écht impact maken op de werkvloer? Bij EW Facility Services krijg je de kans om je te verdiepen in een maatschappelijk relevant thema binnen de schoonmaakbranche: laaggeletterdheid. Dagelijks zetten meer dan 3000 collega’s zich met veel vakmanschap en betrokkenheid in voor onze dienstverlening. Binnen de branche komt het regelmatig voor dat medewerkers moeite hebben met lezen, schrijven of digitale vaardigheden. Vaak blijft dit onzichtbaar, terwijl het grote invloed kan hebben op werkplezier, ontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Tijdens deze afstudeerstage ga jij onderzoeken hoe EW laaggeletterdheid beter kan signaleren, bespreekbaar kan maken én medewerkers hierin op een passende manier kan ondersteunen. Met jouw onderzoek lever je direct een bijdrage aan een inclusieve en toekomstbestendige werkomgeving. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Onderzoek naar laaggeletterdheid (NT1) binnen de organisatie Het in kaart brengen van signalen en herkenningspunten Onderzoeken hoe leidinggevenden laaggeletterdheid bespreekbaar kunnen maken Advies geven over passende ondersteuning en ontwikkelmogelijkheden Onderzoek doen naar bestaande initiatieven binnen de branche, ROC’s en samenwerkingen Het ontwikkelen van een praktisch en toepasbaar advies voor EW Een adviesrapportage waarin aangegeven wordt hoe wij als organisatie laaggeletterdheid kunnen herkennen en wat er nodig is om medewerkers hierin te ondersteunen Na het onderzoek kan de organisatie, met jouw scriptie, meteen aan de slag met het advies uit het onderzoek. Je wordt tijdens je stage begeleid door HR-collega Jarah en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne en externe betrokkenen. Wat biedt EW Facility Services jou? Wie ben jij? Jij bent een HBO-_tudent in de richting van HRM, Toegepaste Psychologie, Social Work, Learning & Development of vergelijkbaar en zoekt een afstudeerstage vanaf februari 2027. Daarnaast: Heb je interesse in duurzame inzetbaarheid, leren & ontwikkelen en inclusiviteit Vind je het leuk om onderzoek te doen én adviezen te vertalen naar de praktijk Ben je communicatief sterk en sensitief in gesprekken Kun je zelfstandig werken en initiatief nemen Wil je bijdragen aan een onderwerp dat er écht toe doet Heb je gevoel voor taal en vind je het leuk om helder en aantrekkelijk te schrijven.
