Tijdens deze stage onderzoek én ontwikkel je een dashboard in Grafana waarmee teamstatussen inzichtelijk worden gemaakt. Zo help je ontwikkelteams en management om beter onderbouwde keuzes te maken. - Reageer t/m 16 november 2026 Dit doe je tijdens je stage Je loopt stage binnen de afdeling IBS Loonheffingen van de Directie Informatievoorziening van de Belastingdienst in Apeldoorn. Binnen deze afdeling is behoefte aan één centrale plek voor operationele informatie en prestatie-indicatoren. Tijdens deze stage onderzoek en ontwikkel je een dashboard in Grafana dat inzicht geeft in de status, voortgang en prestaties van ontwikkelteams. Je analyseert welke informatie beschikbaar is binnen de bestaande tooling. Daarbij onderzoek je verschillende databronnen, zoals versiebeheersystemen, CI/CD-platformen, ticketsystemen en rapportagetools. Ook verdiep je je in de DORA-metrieken. Je onderzoekt waarom deze metrieken belangrijk zijn, welke gegevens nodig zijn om ze te berekenen en hoe je de resultaten het beste kunt visualiseren. Op basis van je onderzoek ontwerp je een dashboard dat aansluit bij de behoeften van verschillende gebruikers, zoals management, scrum masters en teamleden. Vervolgens vertaal je jouw bevindingen naar een werkend Grafana-prototype dat als basis kan dienen voor verdere ontwikkeling binnen IBS Loonheffingen. Wat lever je op? Aan het einde van je stage presenteer je een onderbouwd advies en een werkend prototype. Je levert onder andere op: - Een onderzoeksdocument met een analyse van databronnen en DORA-metrieken. - Een voorstel voor de inrichting van het dashboard. - Een werkend Graf...
