Voor onze taakgroep Inkoop, team Juridische Zaken en Inkoop, domein Bedrijfsvoering, zijn we op zoek naar een afstudeerstagiair. Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn een gemeente met het mooiste aantal inwoners dat er bestaat. Groot genoeg om te werken met de uitdagingen en onderwerpen die bij een grote stad horen. Klein genoeg om op individueel niveau echt verschil te maken. Als stagiair lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan Capelle aan den IJssel! Wat ga je doen? Als afstudeerstagiair duik je in de wereld van Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Opdrachtgeven en Inkopen (MVOI). Je onderzoekt hoe de gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel haar ambities op het gebied van MVOI verder kan vertalen naar de dagelijkse inkooppraktijk. Je brengt eerst in kaart welke doelstellingen en speerpunten de gemeente heeft op het gebied van MVOI en wat hierover al is vastgelegd in het bestaande inkoopbeleid. Vervolgens onderzoek je hoe MVOI op dit moment in de praktijk wordt toegepast. Je kijkt daarbij naar wat al goed is geregeld, waar mogelijke knelpunten of hiaten zitten en op welke onderdelen verdere ontwikkeling nodig is. Ook kijk je naar relevante landelijke ambities en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van MVOI en onderzoek je wat deze betekenen voor de gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel. Een van de onderwerpen die je hierbij nader uitwerkt is ketenverantwoordelijkheid en Internationale Sociale Voorwaarden (ISV). Op basis van je onderzoek stel je een praktisch en uitvoerbaar MVOI-actieplan op. Hierin beschrijf je welke onderwerpen verder kunnen of moeten worden opgepakt en vertaal je deze naar concrete acties en aanbevelingen voor de gemeente.
