Met vestigingen in Almelo, Eibergen, Enschede, Lichtenvoorde, Ruurlo en Vriezenveen hebben we een sterke positie in Oost Nederland. Witzand Bouwmaterialen is totaalleverancier van hout- en plaatmaterialen, bouwmaterialen, prefab bouwonderdelen, ijzerwaren, keukens, tegels en sanitair. Wil jij niet alleen een onderzoek schrijven, maar daadwerkelijk een bedrijfsproces slimmer, sneller en efficiënter maken? Binnen onze hout- en plaatbewerkingafdeling in Almelo werken we dagelijks met moderne machines en geautomatiseerde processen. Denk hierbij aan onder andere aan een automatisch platenmagazijn met drie orderpick robots die dag en nacht draaien en verschillende bewerkingsmachines waarmee we plaatmateriaal voor onze klanten op maat zagen en bewerken. De basis is er. Nu willen we gas geven! Er liggen nog volop kansen om processen te verbeteren en te versnellen. Denk aan automatisering, productie en logistieke efficiëntie en communicatie. JOUW OPDRACHT Voor onze afdeling in Almelo zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste HBO-afstudeerder die ons helpt bij het optimaliseren van een bedrijfsproces binnen onze hout- en plaatbewerkingafdeling . Op dit moment zijn verschillende systemen, machines en medewerkers betrokken bij het verwerken van een productieorder. Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat deze onderdelen optimaal op elkaar aansluiten? Waar ontstaan wachttijden, onnodige handelingen of miscommunicatie? En hoe kunnen we de beschikbare capaciteit van onze machines en medewerkers zo goed mogelijk benutten? Dat is precies waar jij mee aan de slag gaat! Samen met ons breng je het huidige proces in kaart en onderzoek je waar de grootste verbeterkansen liggen...
