Afstudeerstage Innovatie Scout Beschrijving Dit ga je doen Wil jij ontdekken hoe innovatie echt werkt binnen een grote overheidsorganisatie? Wil je meedenken over versterken van interne samenwerking op innovatie, en zien dat jouw ideeën direct impact hebben? Dan is deze afstudeerstage als Innovatie Scout bij het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB) iets voor jou! Bij het RVB beheer je niet alleen indrukwekkende gebouwen en unieke locaties, je helpt ook mee om de organisatie slimmer en efficiënter te laten werken. Binnen het RVB ontstaan voortdurend nieuwe ideeën en innovaties. Maar hoe zorg je ervoor dat kennis, ideeën en oplossingen ook tussen verschillende teams en onderdelen worden gedeeld en benut? Als Innovatie Scout ga je op zoek naar nieuwe kansen voor interne samenwerking, werk je met experts en collega's en vertaal je kansen naar praktische toepassingen. Zo draag je direct bij aan innovatie bij een Rijksbrede organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Tijdens je stage ontdek je waar het RVB kan verbeteren en welke technologische kansen er liggen: - Ontdekken: je leert het RVB kennen, spreekt medewerkers en brengt processen en stakeholders in kaart. - Kansen signaleren: je spot mogelijkheden voor samenwerking op innovatie, van hergebruiken van sjablonen, tot gezamenlijke werving van stagiairs. - Uitwerken: de meest kansrijke ideeën werk je uit tot heldere one-pagers waarin je het probleem, de oplossing, de aanpak en de impact beschrijft. - Toetsen: je bespreekt je voorstellen met collega's en past ze aan op basis van feedback. - Reflecteren: je kijkt terug op het proces en geeft advies over hoe innovatie binnen het RVB nog beter kan worden georganiseerd. Kort gezegd: jij onderzoekt waar binnen het RVB kansen liggen om innovatie slimmer samen op te pakken en werkt deze kansen uit tot concrete voorstellen.
