Afstudeerstage Supply Chain - Afstudeeropdracht - 3 weken geleden geplaatst Tribus Groep B.V. Wij nemen drempels weg zodat de passagier moeiteloos kan reizen. AFSTUDEERSTAGE SUPPLY CHAIN Onderzoek jij hoe AI en automatisering onze supply chain slimmer kunnen maken? Bij Tribus bouwen we maatwerk minibussen voor onder andere zorgvervoer, openbaar vervoer en taxivervoer. Achter ieder voertuig zit een flinke keten van onderdelen, leveranciers, planning, inkoop en logistiek. Een goede supply chain is daarom onmisbaar. Voor onze afdeling Supply Chain zoeken wij een zelfstandige HBO- of WO-afstudeerder die wil onderzoeken waar AI en automatisering onze inkoop- en supply chainprocessen kunnen verbeteren. Een actuele opdracht dus, met directe waarde voor de praktijk. Geen stoffig onderzoeksrapport, maar een concreet advies waar we echt iets mee kunnen. JOUW OPDRACHT Als afstudeerder onderzoek je waar binnen de supply chain van Tribus kansen liggen voor AI, automatisering en procesverbetering. Je kijkt naar de huidige werkwijze binnen inkoop en supply chain, spreekt met collega's uit de praktijk en brengt in kaart waar tijd, handmatige stappen of terugkerende werkzaamheden slimmer kunnen worden ingericht. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wat technisch mogelijk is, maar vooral ook naar wat praktisch haalbaar en waardevol is voor Tribus. Je werkt toe naar een concreet voorstel met een plan van aanpak, inclusief een inschatting van de kosten, baten en mogelijke vervolgstappen. De centrale vraag is: Waar kunnen AI en automatisering de supply chain van Tribus slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendiger maken? Je werkt ongeveer 80% aan je eigen afstudeeropdracht en 20% mee in de praktijk. Zo leer je de afdeling goed kennen en kun je jouw advies goed laten aansluiten op de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
