Onze klant zoekt een klantgerichte en gestructureerde Customer Care & After Sales Specialist die instaat voor een professionele opvolging van klanten na hun aankoop. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, interne afdelingen en externe partners en zorgt voor een vlotte en efficiënte dienstverlening.

Vanuit hun vestiging in Temse werken enthousiaste medewerkers dagelijks samen aan duurzame klantrelaties en continue verbetering.

Omschrijving

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over producten, bestellingen en leveringen.
  • Je behandelt klantenvragen en klachten op een professionele en oplossingsgerichte manier.
  • Je volgt retourzendingen, serviceaanvragen en creditnota's nauwkeurig op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen sales, logistiek en administratie.
  • Je verwerkt klantendossiers correct in het ERP- en CRM-systeem.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je onderhoudt telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van alle after sales processen.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen customer service, backoffice of after sales.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands.
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent klantgericht, empathisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en functioneert tegelijk goed binnen een team.
  • Je bent vlot vertrouwd met MS Office en digitale systemen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
